Crystalbrook Albion Hotel Sydney

The staff was friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist us. The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, with plenty of great restaurants and shops within walking distance.

One aspect that could be improved upon was the lack of privacy in the bathroom. The frosted glass and small toilet cubicle didn't offer much privacy, made us a bit uncomfortable.

The room I stayed in was super tidy and beautifully decorated, with a handwritten note from the manager. The location was perfect, with easy access to the CBD and plenty of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The rooftop patio garden was a hidden gem, offering a peaceful escape from the bustling city. And let's not forget about the happy-hour G&Ts from the fashionable bar cart in the lobby - a perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring. I had a fantastic experience at Crystalbrook Albion and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique stay in Sydney.

As backpackers, we absolutely loved the fantastic small boutique hotel in the Surrey Hills. The staff were nice and polite, and the hotel was well decorated. The light breakfast was good, and we enjoyed the honour bar and roof terrace. It was the perfect place for a weekend stay.

Felt so relaxed, no complaints at all.

The hotel is conveniently located close to many restaurants and shops in the lively area of Surry Hills. It is also central to where we needed to go, such as the stadium and the airport. The friendly staff provided excellent service and the charming decor added to the overall ambiance. the facilities, such as the paintings in the stairwell and the traditional entry foyer, added to the hotel's charm.

The bathroom had a few minor issues, such as a small and awkward toilet for larger individuals. The tap in the sink was also too big, causing water to splash everywhere when washing hands.

Easy walk to Central station. Off-leash park nearby for dogs. Beautifully appointed, with a help-yourself bar and rooftop area. Lovely art and attention to detail. A hidden urban oasis.

The check-in process was seamless, gorgeous and clean room, unique hotel with attention to detail, wonderful staff, fantastic location, luxurious robes.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! It had a funky New York-style feel and was easy to navigate. The staff were really good and provided excellent customer service. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was centrally located and close to the stadium, Central Train Station, and great restaurants in Surry Hills. The cleanliness was great, and the hotel facilities, including the landscaped rooftop terrace and honesty bar, were fantastic. The breakfast provided was light but delicious, and the staff was always polite and helpful.

Could not be improved in any way.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities that met all our needs. the room was elegantly designed with private facilities that were spotlessly clean. the Bar/Lounge area provided a relaxed ambience with a wide selection of drinks. the service was impeccable; the staff was friendly and accommodating. the location was great, with easy access to tourist attractions.

The only minor issue was the lack of an iron in the room. Although I later found out that there was a laundry service available, it could have been communicated better.

From the moment we walked in, we were met with exceptional service and luxurious amenities. the attention to detail in the room was impressive, with exclusive facilities and comfortable furnishings. the Bar/Lounge area was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a drink, with an impressive selection of beverages to choose from. the location was convenient, close to everything yet still tucked away.

Although everything was nearly perfect, we did experience some noise from other guests in the Snack bar area. this was a very minor issue in an otherwise outstanding stay.
